Recognizing the special opportunity created by the Great Recession and the resulting financial devastation of residential real estate, we founded Callegro Investments, LLC (“Callegro”) to capitalize on these distressed situations in an entrepreneurial way. We now have over a hundred homesites and two private real estate funds under management.

Ms. Holup has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate investment, analysis, portfolio management, and investment strategy for the benefit of high net worth and institutional clients. She holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BBA, Finance from the University of Texas - El Paso. Ms. Holup serves as a Board member for Investors Diversified Realty, the CFA Society of Austin, and as a Finance Committee member for the Austin Humane Society. Previously she served on the Board of Malan Realty Trust, a NYSE-traded REIT.
Christopher Melton

Mr. Melton has over 20 years of experience in investment, analysis, and portfolio management in the real estate, telecom, and media industries, at firms including RREEF Real Estate Securities, JPMorgan Investment Management, and Kingdon Capital Management. Mr. Melton earned a BA in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley. He serves as a Director for SG Blocks, (SGBX), a leading provider of code-engineered cargo shipping containers used for safe and green construction.

Mr. Galvin is a Founder and has been the Chief Executive Officer of SG Blocks Inc. and its predecessor entity, SG Blocks LLC, since April 2009. Mr. Galvin has 25 years of experience developing and managing real estate, including residential condominiums, luxury sales, market rate and affordable rental projects. Mr. Galvin holds a B.S. in Accounting from LeMoyne College and a Master's Degree in Social Policy from Fordham University.

Christopher Haley

Mr. Haley has held the position of Founder and Managing Principal of Palladian Realty Capital LLC, a real estate investment banking and advisory company, since 2009. He has held various leadership positions at Wheat First, First Union, Wachovia and Wells Fargo. Mr. Haley earned his BS degree from Villanova University and attended the Kennedy School at Harvard University. He serves on the Board of Rouse Properties (RSE-NYSE), as a Trustee of the NAIOP Foundation, and is a founding member of the Villanova Real Estate Advisory Council.
